I was impressed i have to say, either coffee was offered while i was asked to give her a couple minutes to finish up something she was doing. Bought a car in January. First issue they fixed within a week. 2nd issue I emailed ZuCar Sunday night. Car was collected Monday morning and fixed Monday evening. Outstanding service. I don't know how they make money 😯

Literally if you are going to Zucar its just waste of time and money and you will get a ton of headaches🤕 . At first when I was about to receive my car the NCT disc was missing it took almost a month to arrive. Then the problem starts the centre lock was not working. It took few hours to fix but it was not fixed, when I came out there is a warning light in the car shows tyre air pressure down I went back in the same time. When I came back home I realized that there is a paint issue(Some scratches) on the bonnet. Took another appointment for the painting and the central lock issue, it took 2 days to fix. When I was about to receive my car I realized that they broke my small 360 mirror Into half😡. I owe an explanation from them, they told me they will investigate and they will call me, Until now no response. After centre lock issue has been fixed they made a dent on my car door and it took few more days to fix it. And next there is an engine problem they told me that it's an ignition coil problem. After that the timing belt was damaged. And recently I gave the car to do full service. As they told me that the full service has been done but they couldn't realize that the AC gas was empty. amazing🤮. I sent an email for this ac gas but no response I made a call and I asked them about the email no one was about that the funny part is i cc that to other two of them but no one saw the email🤯. Believe me, you don’t want to deal with this company.
