I brought a 1988 jaguar XJ40 to yomac in 2021. I told them there was a screeching noise coming from the front right wheel. They replaced the pads and discs in the car and failed to notice that the wheel bearing was almost totally seized. When I picked up the car the front bumper had been damaged by someone driving it as speed out of their premises. I intended to drive the car to Cork and on the way down was nearly killed when the wheel bearing totally seized and I was nearly dragged into the metal barrier on the N7. When I went back to complain they refused to give me a refund and took the labour off the price. At the garage both the father and son spoke to me while looking at their computer screens despite me having informed them of what had happened. They didn't care, told me it was something I should have figured out, and basically a red like it was ally fault. Very, very poor service both professionally and personallly.

Recently bought a 2020 iPace from Paul. Very happy with the experience, Paul was always available to answer questions and very pleasant to deal with - we knew the car we wanted so it was an easy deal for us. Hoping to buy our next car from Paul again when the time comes.
