If you want to drive happy , stay away from this company. I trade-in my van in 2023 and the reason was that my previous van was from them, and there were no problems. Unfortunately, I can't say that about this van. Since the purchase, only an ongoing problem with the van, engine, oil leakage all over the engine. I wanted to return the van after 2 months of driving after buying the van, but they refused to promise to repair it under warranty. I gave them a chance, but the problem was still there, and they told me there was nothing wrong with the van. A few months of driving I asked them to check the van again because there was still a smell of burn oil, no power to the twin turbo van and a problem with 2nd gear. They took the van to check and as usual, they found nothing. When I showed them a report from an independent engineer, they finally agreed to fix the problem. As few months of driving, the van broke down again and it was the components connected to the previous repair. There are still faults that have not been repaired since purchase and windsor refuses to repair them. Some of the things that have been repaired are broken again, Windsor refuses to repair them. I tried several times to communicate with windsor to return the van, but they refused. John after sales manager always been cheeky not saying about head of sales Ivan Jurkovic who told me that he will not deal with me and I Can email God because in Windsor only above him is God , and I can take legal action against Windsor. Joke company , not care about customer. Hi Sean, Thanks for your reply. I have already contacted the head office but unfortunately have no response. The person I deal with at head office was Winnie. Please see some pictures of what the van looked like when sold by Windsor, and they didn't see any problems with it when they did several inspections until I showed them the report

Had a worst experience from them. I viewed a car 17th of February 2025. Said the car's still not available to view but promised me to send a picture and video of the vehicle in which they never did. I came back to them on weekend (22nd February), showed me a car that I'm interested in and I payed my reservation fee. the next week I receive an Email from them that the car loan was approved and the car will be ready by 07 March 2025. I didn't receive any calls or Email if what's the status of the car the week after my car loan was approved. 10th of March, I receive an email from one of them to send all my documents needed. I replied immediately and send those documents and ask them if there's any update with the car as I didn't heard anything from them. They said car will be ready by 12th of March 2025. Same thing happened, I didn't received any calls on that day if I can collect the car so that I can prepare to transfer my insurance to the new vehicle. I called them instead, they said that the finance in-charge was off sick on that day and it will be delayed by Saturday in which I do understand. Now here comes Saturday, 15th March 2025, I came to pick up the car, so I transferred my insurance ahead of time (in which I should have not done) into the new vehicle. When they showed me the car, the car is still not ready, the stereo is still not installed, and the worst thing is, it's not the car that I viewed 3 weeks ago! Agent says he will try to fix it and just give him until Monday the next week. I had no choice but to I transfer back my insurance policy again to my car and payed another payment for transfer of policy. 18th of March came and I didn't heard anything again from them so I decided that I had enough as I waited for like a month and wasted time and money for transferring my insurance policy. I emailed them to inform them that I'm not interested anymore to continue the car trade. Even after I sent my email they didn't even reply to it and I need to call them after a few days just to remind them about my cancellation. I didn't even received apologies from them from making all those hassle. Never to deal with them again!
