I brought my car to Windsor Galway 3 months ago for a full service, which was quite expensive. I expected everything to be done properly, including the oil change. But 2 weeks ago, I got a message on my car saying "Oil Change Due". That doesn’t make sense, since the oil should have been changed during the service. I’ve been calling and sending emails, but no one has replied. So disappointed. After paying that much, I expected better service and at least a reply to my messages.

Pros: Inside is clean, and neat. Employees are very friendly and professional. They have a lovely little coffee bar and a comfortable space to wait. Cons: The place is hard to navigate with extremely limited parking for customers. Despite being the largest dealership in Galway, they cannot provide all service requirements for the vehicles they sell and service. They also hold "bankers hours". You MUST take time out of work in order to get any work done. My wait was 6 WEEKS to fix something. Previously I had to wait EIGHT weeks for a basic service. While the employees are wonderful and the quality of their work is good, I can't say I'd recommend them for service for these reasons. They clearly do not value the money their customers time and money.

Called in to Windsor today to look at buying a Renault Symbioz. Might aswell have not bothered. First experience with Windsor and will be my last. Firstly, I had to park at back of lot because all customer parking spaces were full (only 2 customers in showroom). Then as I made my way to the showroom not one but two Windsor employees drove cars through the pedestrian crossing as I ways trying to use. When I eventually reached the showroom I was completely ignored by the salesman who after a couple of minutes promptly got up from his desk and walked out. Tried looking at car I was interested in and it was locked. After 10 mins decided to leave and as I was leaving a Windsor employee driving a van stopped up for a chat with another employee blocking my exit. When after a couple of minutes waiting I showed my displeasure by moving my car forward he promptly started laughing at me. Looks like my hard earned money will be going elsewhere. Sad that I'll have drive to Ennis or Mayo to buy a Renault.

Firstly I like to thank the team at Windsor Nissan, insuring we got exactly what we wanted. From Sales Manager, financing to Gerry on sales. This is the 3de new buy with this team and I can highly stand bye there services and support. The Nissan team made this a memorable experience for my wife and thank for understanding this was important to me. "Onwards and Upwards"

Wojciech and Jim were incredibly friendly and helpful every step of the way. Both of them were happy to answer all our questions and walk us through the entire process from test drives, finance, paperwork, to handover. They made our experience stress free and enjoyable.
