on 21/08 went in and wanted to check for buying new car. We did test drive and all fine. Guy wanted us to sign contract quick quick quick as he had info that price will go up after 01/09. Ok, let's sign it, waiting for their quote, 01/09 passed and no quote sent. Maybe they did it so we pay more? No, price actually went down, today is 10/09 and they still haven't sent any quote. Haven't seen such company in my life...

A shame, no way to treat your customer. I’ve booked a drive test on a Saturday with Andrew, appointment at 2.30 with my two kids age 4 and 6. We walked in and were told to take a seat as Andrew was busy with another customer. After waiting 25 mins I went to ask if we could do the test with someone else as the kids were getting restless. “Andrew will be with you in two minutes” was the answer. Twenty minutes later nobody was even looking at us and we walked out after spending 45 minutes waiting for anyone to sell us a car. Needless to say it’s not where I will be buying my next car.

I went here as a small piece of plastic had fallen into my seatbelt buckle and jammed it. I was told that the buckle would be replaced as that was easiest but they wanted €150 to “diagnose” the problem. I indicated that the issue was already diagnosed and the solution was already chosen by them but they still insisted on me paying €150 before any work was done and then they’d let me know how much more it would be to change the buckle after. I would also need to leave the car there for the day. I declined the offer and took the car to a local garage who got the piece of plastic out in less than a minute and charged me nothing to do so. The attitude and price gouging is criminal in Peugeot Airside and I would tell everyone to avoid this dealership. I know when it’s time to change my car I will be going to another dealership.

Purchased a Peugeot 3008 here in June 2022 and have thoroughly enjoyed the car until recently. An engine check appeared on the dash which in turn made the car unusable. The car was towed off and we were advised by our mechanic that the issue is extremely common with this model of Peugeot. I have been quoted €1,250 to fix this issue, an issue that is not a result of my doing. My husband contacted Windsor Airside Peugeot on June 4th to express our concern and the person we spoke to could not care less. They took our details and promised a call back, one week later and still no call. It feels that Windsor Airside Peugeot were more than happy to take our money, but when we need their help, they are nowhere to be seen.

TL:DR Avoid Windsor Airside Peugeot. Car Repair Scams We booked service of our Peugeot 208 with Windsor Airside Peugeot on DEC 17, 2021. James (service advisor) and Luke (Technician) looked after our car. After diagnosis we were given a list of items which needed Immediate Attention (highlighted in red). The bill was 915 euro. Spark plugs replacement was on the list, however these were replaced 1 year ago (we did no more than 6 000 km after that service) with the official dealer from whom we bought the car and serviced it for the last 4 years. This was a red alert that something is going wrong. We asked why spark plugs are on the list, but we did not receive any explanation nor advised that they will have a closer look on those. So, we paid 329 euro for this poor and fraudulent car service, then collected the car. Inside of the car they left 2 cadbury chocolate wrappers. Disappointing service. We went to the dealer we trust and asked to check what needs replacement. Obviously spark plugs were fine, and not only these but several other items on the list did not require replacement or immediate replacement. As we have all service records from the trusted dealer and Windsor Airside Peugeot, we will send an official complaint to Pegeout about this.
