Bought a car in Feb 2024. From the day I took it home I had coolant problems. Apparently the warranty doesn't cover this nor the battery I had to replace. I was never given any paper work re the warranty. I would not buy another car from this garage. Make sure you understand what your warranty includes/excludes.

I purchased a Mazda 6 from Charles Hurst Usedirect in February 2023, and my experience has been deeply disappointing. Within hours of receiving the car, I encountered persistent DPF issues that rendered the vehicle unusable. Despite multiple attempts to seek resolution from the dealership, including calls, emails, and in-person visits, the issues were never properly addressed. I have spent over €5,000 in repairs. The dealership's lack of accountability and unresponsive behavior, including broken promises to call back and long delays, has been unacceptable. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with caution when dealing with this company.

Bought a car exactly 10 months ago that was said to have had a new timing belt. Now I have to replace it, along with the turbo for €3k. When I tried to contact the dealership requesting information, they hung up and blocked my number. Looking at reviews, I can see I'm not the only one they hustled.

To anyone going to this place I would not recommend it at all. I bought a car a year ago and have had nothing but problems. First of all they advertised the car having front sensors when it didn't and wrong size alloys. When test driving the car felt the clutch was weird and raised it to the sales person and was told it's normal for Audi cars and that all work would be done on the car prior to it being sold. Clutch gone within 7 months had to get brand new one. Timing belt and pump was done by garage and started noticing a leak in the oil and coolant. Went to a reputable mechanic and they found that they did not put the timing belt on correctly which was causing the leak. Which is going to cost more to fix. If your in the market for a car and think you're getting a good deal from here, you're not. Go somewhere else

Great experience with Colin recently while purchasing my car. Vehicle was exactly as described on the web site. Colin had car ready for test drive when I arrived. Very happy with the car, and had deal done within 20 mins. Picked up the car a couple of days later, valeted and new nct cert. Excellent, professional and courteous service from Colin.
