I recently purchased a car from T&C Motors and I'm so glad I did. I'm absolutely delighted with the car and can honestly the same about the service. Dealt with Ken (manager) who was v friendly and looked after me so well. Also have to say a big thank you to Caitlin on reception in particular as she went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted. Great service would recommend.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I received at this dealership. I spent a significant amount of money purchasing my vehicle here, only to experience issues shortly after. When I brought the vehicle back for inspection, John in service dismissed my concerns . Frustrated, I took my vehicle to another dealership, where they quickly diagnosed the problems that were overlooked here. This experience has left me feeling misled and taken advantage of—absolute scam artists. . The after sales are extremely poor . Deserve s zero stars .I would strongly caution others before doing business here would not recommend at all .
I had a great experience in buying my Peugeot 2019 with T&C Motors. Custmer service was excellent as both Sam in sales and Andrea in finance were very helpful and made the whole process very easy. I would definately recommend T&C to anyone looking to buy a car.
Relaxed and informative initial meeting with Sam, sales manager. Everything explained in detail. All in all a very positive experience. Delighted with my new automatic 2008 hybrid....a joy to drive.
I purchased a Peugeot 3008 from Ken, the general manager at T&C Peugeot. Unfortunately, the car developed issues with the AdBlue and DPF system the vehicle has 40000 km on the clock very low mileage on the vehicle. The said issues arose when the car failed its emissions test on the NCT, I brought it back to T&C for a diagnostic investigation. John, the service manager, assured me that there was nothing wrong with the car that it had been checked and that all it needed was a "good drive to resolve the issue". Based on this advice, I rebooked the NCT, only for the car to fail the emissions test once again. When I contacted John again regarding this , he repeated the same poor advice, insisting there was no issue. Frustrated, I took my car to another Peugeot dealership, where it was immediately diagnosed with faults in the DPF and AdBlue system immediately . This experience was extremely disappointing, as the lack of proper diagnosis from T&C resulted in wasted time, additional expenses, and unnecessary inconvenience. We have spent a significant amount of money at this dealership as a family have purchased several vehicles from them , but the customer service that was received was absolutely shocking . The staff were incredibly dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue whatsoever. The general manager, is very quick to try and push a sale on you, but when it comes to after-sales service, it's a completely different story. The lack of support and care after the purchase has been beyond frustrating. We expected much better from a dealership where we've been loyal customers. Would not recommended this dealership or Peugeot whatsoever. Would give zero stars if I could
