Arrived early morning for car service as advised by service department. Was the first car there that morning at 8.30 am so I decided to wait for the service to be done. They did everything to a professional level and handed me back a very clean and healthy car which I appreciated. The only thing I would advise is that you either get a courtesy car from them or arrange for someone to come with you to bring you back later, My car went into service garage at 8.30 am and I didn't get it back till near enough 1 pm, a long time to be waiting.

I recently visited Stuarts Garage on the Greenhills Road for some repairs and had an excellent experience, largely thanks to Rolf at the service desk. From the moment I walked in, Rolf greeted me with a friendly smile and offered assistance right away. He booked my car in and promptly kept in touch over the phone regarding the issues at hand. He explained the breakdown of the costs and gave me the best options. I had a few much-needed repairs (replacing a brake caliper and motor and also the fan belt). The mechanic replaced everything and gave me back my car with everything in order and clean. I cannot fault their work. When I returned to collect my car, I was again greeted by Rolf. His customer service was top-notch throughout the whole process, making me feel valued as a customer. If you're looking for quality and outstanding service, I highly recommend this place. I will be back for that service!
