Shocking customer care. I've rang 4 times to speak with someone in the service department to arrange an appointment to look at charging issue on my XC90. Each time, no one is available and they take my details and ring me back. Never call back, this is going on over two weeks now. Also, had my car in for service back in July. Put a faulty spark plug in the car rendering it barely driveable, had to bring it back the next day at my own expense. Barely got an apology. Not what you would expect from a €600+ service. Anyway, would not recommend.

I enquired over the phone about the C40 and John Ryan was immediately very friendly and helpful. He offered me a weekend test drive which I availed of. He offered a brilliant trade in price. Unfortunately I didn’t proceed with the Volvo as I ended up sticking with the brand I currently drive. Just want to say thank you to John and Vincent for all their help and if I am changing in the future I will be sure to contact you guys again.

Brought my 141 v40 in as there was an issue with the clutch. Ian and the service team were excellent. Told them I needed the car back for work, and they scrambled to rebuild the clutch and get me back on the road asap. Had a secondary issue with the clutch pedal which they resolved quickly too.
