Excellent service provided by all the staff, specifically the Service Manager PJ O’Neill. Lovely facility, with friendly staff and my car was repaired with no issues since. 100% recommend.

Brought my GTD in for an oil change and Gary was a pleasure to deal with. The oil change was completed for a reasonable price and Gary answered all my questions about the car. They were even kind enough to leave a one litre bottle of oil in the boot in case I need to top up before my next service. I'll definitely come back in the future. Thank you.

Very poor. I rang the service department in mid November to inquire about getting my car serviced. I explained that I had purchased my car in Sheehy’s Naas and as I had recently moved to Carlow I would like to have it serviced locally. The lady asked me for the make, model and reg number which I gave her. She said yes it was on their system and proceeded to give me today’s date for the service, she even changed my address. I rang back on Monday just to confirm. I arrived at the appointed time this morning to be told that they had no record of the appointment and that they don’t service Skoda’s. I rang Sheehy’s Naas to discover that she had made the appointment in Naas. At no time in either conversation was I advised that they didn’t service Skoda’s or that she made the appointment in Naas. I would advise that maybe your front of house staff make themselves aware of what you actually service.
