Bought second hand car July24. Advised car had been through full check, service etc....From day 1 there were issues with the car which has now been back probably 5/6 times for repair. Every contact with Sales Manager to advise of issues or schedule a repair has been met with a range from apathy and resistance right up to hostility. Some issues remain to be repaired and i have now been told they will not do any more work despite remaining issues being on the car since purchase. I have complained to SIMI and CCPC. I would strongly urge not to deal with this company, if you require any after sales service (and given my case, its likely), they are not interested. Horrendous experience.

We bought a Toyota Proace from Sandyford Motor Centre. We dealt with Daniel who is an outstanding sales person and brilliant representative for this company. He presented the van well, handled all our enquires and requests in detail and was transparent in his communication from start to finish. We are absolutely delighted with our van and we highly recommend + thank Sandyford Motor Centre and Daniel for all their help and guidance through this process .

Absaloutly awful garage and disgraceful customer service..we bought a car in January and had the car twice until the end of July. There was problem after problem and every time we were told it was fixed it wasn't fixed at all, complete liers and time wasters. The issues were simple enough but for some reason each time the car was shoved in the back and left there for 2/3 months at a time. The last Straw was they told us the car was booked into Audi for a check and after week after week still not hearing anything we decided to call Audi, there was no car booked in it was a lie!!!! After threatening to go to court we got our money back..NEVER AGAIN.

worst experience ever, waisted 7 months dealing with them trying to get a second hand car fixed. I bought this car at first was told that there was only an issue with the glow plug that they were going to replace under warranty, but every time they were returning the car to me a new problem or an old one was coming up. & months after they car still had loads of issues that they were not able to fix, luckily after mentioning to go legal I got my money back. Horrible customer service. avoid buying used cars and if you buy a new one get it serviced somewhere else

I went in to view some cars on Saturday 13th and was driving my new car home 4 days later! The sales executive Stephen was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The whole process went smooth and I love my new car. It was serviced, NCT'd and valeted all in less than 2 days. I would highly recommend and when it's time to trade in I will most likely go back to Sandyford motor centre 😀
