Picked up my new mercedes e220 about 7 weeks ago and it is absolutely super. There was a slight little hiccup regards headlight condensation and in issue with the reversing camera, I called the office and I had an appointment within 10 days and car was with them for 24hrs and I was given a curtesy car of a BMW X3 so I could carry on with my work. All was fixed and I am very greatful for the attention to detail and alway a pleasant greeting from all the staff. I will definitely be a returning customer with that level of service

Joan and James in the service department were extremely friendly and very easy to deal with. I don’t know much about cars but they put me at ease and explained everything to me , they are very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service from start to finish. I purchased an E series Merc from these in mid 2023, looked & drove very well however it didn't have NCT but did have all new wheels which I found unusual at time. 3 months later it failed NCT due to serious corrosion holes & relates underside issues. Surely the garage had this on a ramp before sale? Now as certain UK imports have related they managed to get parts from Mercedes and patched it up, however 3 months LATER I decided to push through NCT again and it again failed on serious corrosion related issues on brake lines I was told unsafe to drive. The garage refused any liability and wanted to charge me nearly a grand to fix this issue up... I realised this was first of very many I would never recommend or steal with these people need to wise up. Absolute rip-off chancers buying shite & reselling. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY IN TRYING TO MAKE SALES
