Had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Darren because I hadn’t a clue of what car to go for, he was patient and a gentleman to deal with. He made the handover for me so easy no stress at all. Gave me all my options and guided me through each one with no hassle. I eventually chose the car I wanted. I will definitely be going back when I’m due an upgrade!!

I would not recommend this company. I’m only 8 weeks in with a new car, and there have been multiple issues. I’m not from the area, and they expect me to drive 2 hours to resolve the problem. There have been issues with the car from the start. On the day I got it, the dashboard was showing "Service Required," and the lads just reset it. I wasn’t happy with that, as I wasn’t sure if the car had actually been serviced. The outside of the car was clean, but the inside had dirt and could have done with a valet. The tracking has been off since day one, along with an issue with the fuel cap, which is broken. The diagnosis is going to cost me 40 euros, and the car needs a full inspection. I’m not sure I’m in a position to drive it to New Ross, as it will cost me both fuel and time, and I might be left without a car for a few days. Additionally, I still don’t have a tax book, 8 weeks later. I’ve had the car for just 8 weeks, and there are several issues. I’m not entirely happy with the aftercare service, and since I’m not from the area, I need this resolved as soon as possible. If we don’t work towards resolving this properly, I’ll have no choice but to pursue legal action.

I buyed my first car in Ireland from Quantum Auto's. Tommy helped me with literally everything. From the start to the end. Everything was so smooth and withouth issue. I could only recommend them!

Avoid at all costs. Car displayed as a valid NCT. Purchased from garage and no NCT. Had to book myself. Replaced 2 new tyres on the car and have refused to pay as per our agreement. Communication skills non-existent. Will never be back that’s for sure.
