I haven’t provided a review for this auto showroom since I bought a car of them last year. Well now it’s been exactly a year since I bought an Audi A1 2014 model for good price with this dealership. I have no complaints and the car just passed its yearly NCT with almost no issues at all. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy their first car. I’m definitely going back in this year end to trade in for a latest model

Last year When i am buying a car.kevin promised one year extended warranty for my car.after he left the company management is not ready to fulfill the promise and stop responding to messages and avoiding when i try to contact them.never expected this type of behaviour from a company. Also, be cautious—many of the 5-star reviews seem fraud. Don’t fall for them if you’re considering buying a car from this dealer. All new customers avoid this company as much as possible.otherwise you ended up wasting time and money like me🙏🙏🙏 Update: October 31, 2024 They marked my review as bogus and fake. I have evidence to support my experience, including photos of the car, screenshots of the website listing, the delivery confirmation, and my conversation with Kevin, one of your former employees.

I had a great experience with purchasing my first car from Lee and the guys !! I got great advice from which car to buy, with the guys even advising me away from certain cars that wouldn't really suit my needs ! I ended up getting a great VW golf which has been running smoothly now for the last few weeks after paying the deposit there was a slight delay due to the vrt and NCT but Lee kept me up to date and anytime I asked I got an update and even threw in a 12 month warranty for the delay. Great experience and would recommend it to anyone.

We walked in to Prestige Autos on Friday the 8th of November and was greeted at the door by Lee! He took a few ideas of what we wanted and showed us a few cars and then left us to walk around the lot and look at and test drive whatever car we wanted to. He didn’t follow us and didn’t hound us every 2 minutes. By Friday the 15th of November, I was signing the documents to our new car fully serviced, NCT and valeted! He maintained contact with me throughout the whole week and was extremely helpful, if he was busy and missed my call he would call me straight back when he was free. I couldn’t recommend Prestige Autos any higher than this! 5 stars is not enough! They were absolutely amazing! Look forward to dealing with yourselves in the future. You know I will be recommending to friends and family. Thanks for everything guys.
