OMG I stressed Phillip like never before about my car, but he was patient the entire time. Such great customer service!!! The whole process took less than a week and i didn't have to worry about anything including finance because they put in the request for me. The cherry on top is of course my fabulous car!!!! Couldn’t recommend the lads enough. I was dealing with Philip and from the get go he was so helpful and gave me so much of his time even when I was just looking. He went the extra mile with explaining finance options, next steps, servicing the car has been through etc , which no dealership has done with me before in such detail. They gave a good offer on the trade in also. Philip was in contact all through the week before I collected it and was fully transparent with any questions I had. Bought a VW Golf recently from Philip and was absolutely delighted. Bought from Dublin so didn’t really have the chance to get down, but I was sent over pictures and details of the car in advance and Philip and Marty made the process very seamless and smooth. Went down to collect the car and all was as described. Had one very small issue with the car after collection, called Philip and he helped me straight away. Was able to get the car straight into a garage in Dublin without having to bring it back to Dungarvan and issues resolved very quickly. Overall very pleasant experience and Philip has been brilliant to deal with!
