My daughter and I just bought a car from Jimmy and team, after her old car gave up on us. From start to finish the service and professionalism shown was exemplary, lovely friendly staff who just want to help and do the best for you. The collection of cars and how they are presented on the forecourt is excellent, and the selection of as perfect for our needs. We will definitely be returning for our servicing and future cars. I'm very disappointed, Today my daughter picked up her car from O'briens garage, I am not disputing the workmanship because I haven't seen it yet , It is the price , I am a mechanic myself, and I usually do any repairs to her car,and as my daughter Is now living approx 200 km away. I advised her to try and get herself a garage in her area to get her car sorted for the upcoming NCT which the car needed a front suspension wishbone and alignment, which is less than a 2 hour job as I did the other side myself last year. Today, my daughter paid €300 The price of parts and alignment seems OK if im guessing it is a good enough brand name, It's the labour cost €150 for a less than 2 hour job !! . but im guessing that most customers have no idea how long it takes to do the job on their car, It looks like they have Their regular customers and everyone else is a quick euro.

Exceptional service and customer care from Jimmy, William and team.They took care of the issue quickly as my car was off the road, they took the time to explain what repair was needed and had me on the road quickly. I would not look past them, highly recommended. Lindsey Doheny.
