Purchased a car way back in August 2024 off this crowd. After about two months the purge valve went and got a check engine light on the dash. Went in got it checked at the dealer, told me they would order the part and replace it since my car was still under warranty. Kept ringing and even went in, no sign of the replacement part. Got one phone call to tell me the part wasn’t in yet, I kept waiting heard nothing back. Even sent an email, got no response. Why even offer a warranty if you’re not going to fulfil it. I gave up trying, since the customer service was exceptionally bad once I had the car in my name… Wasn’t a great experience, especially when the last car I purchased was totally messed up too.

I had a awful experience with this place and there car sales man named leigh There was an issue with my car which I had returned twice and nothing was done or fixed about the issue. Than I had a engine problem with the car and returned and asked again to fix the first problem which I was told no problem. When I picked up the car after the have fixed the last issue I asked did u solve the first issue i had which they told me yes and was a small issue. Later that day when I drove my car the issue was still not addressed and the problem was still there. I sent a video to the sales man leigh which he just ignored. I would never buy again from this place and don't recommend.

Disappointing Car Purchase Experience – Too Many Delays and Excuses To start, if I could rate this place at negative 10 stars, I absolutely would. I want to say that the car itself is great, and I've had no problems with it so far. However, the purchasing experience was a different story. The salesman Leigh assured me that the only thing needed was the NCT, which he said would be completed within 4 working days. However, after waiting patiently for those 4 days, I contacted him for an update, only to be told that the car wasn't ready yet. I ended up waiting another week before reaching out again to ask about the delay. This time, the excuse was that the clock needed to be replaced. Again, I waited another week. Finally, after multiple delays and a lot of frustration, I received the car. On the day I picked up the car, I didn't immediately notice that the automatic key wasn't working. When I realized the issue later that day, I promptly contacted the salesman to request a replacement. Since then, I’ve been waiting for over FIVE months. Every time I follow up, I'm met with yet another excuse, and this man, in particular, he has just stopped answering my messages and ignoring all contact. This is completely disrespectful! After he stopped responding to my messages, he finally answered the phone, which i had to call the Company's phone, he said he didn’t understand all the fuss about a replacement – ‘it’s just a key,’ were his exact words. What can you expect from someone with that attitude?" It's clear to me that the salesman has been trying to get by with excuses and avoid addressing the problems directly. The delays and lack of straightforward communication throughout the process were incredibly frustrating. I would caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice and ensure that they won't be left waiting with endless excuses.

I purchased a 2018 Passat from Naas Road Autos last year and have since driven it over 50,000km without experiencing any issues. I contacted Naas Road Autos about the car I was interested in and I dealt with Marc who I found to be very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help me with any questions I had. As I was coming from the other side of the country Marc sent me a detailed video of the car before I agreed to buy it. The car was in excellent condition, exactly as advertised, and the buying process was smooth and transparent with no hidden fees or surprises. After a year of daily driving and several long road trips, I can wholeheartedly say that my car has been extremely reliable. I will be checking here the next time I want to trade up my car.
