If I could I would give Zero stars. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that the staff had already made assumptions about my car knowledge solely based on my gender. Firstly, the customer service was horrible. Instead of being greeted with professionalism and courtesy, I was met with condescension and dismissiveness. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves than addressing my concerns about my car. The mechanics' incompetence was further evident in the subpar quality of the service provided. Not only did they fail to address the issues I had highlighted, but they also refused to give me and invoice or proof of what was preformed on my car.It was as if they were more interested in rushing through the job than ensuring it was done correctly. Overall, my experience with Millenium motors was nothing short of disappointing. The combination of rude customer service and blatant gender bias left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I would strongly advise others, especially women, to seek alternative options for their automotive needs.They over charged me and didn’t hear out my point. DO NOT RECOMMEND .
