This is not about Michael Moore Car Sales. We have only ever had great service from them. This is about Volkswagen. They cancelled our software upgrade for our EV at the last minute. No notice. It cost me a days annual leave to drop the car in for upgrade. 4 hours driving to and from to leave in and collect my car. 4 days of my insurance allowance for another car. Not at all happy with Volkswagen. But I love my ID5.

Great experience today. Excellent and detailed car service. Offered replacement car, a new car, while car was been serviced. The personal are really friendly and supportive. Highly recommend for new or used car and fir service

My wife Went I to the skoda garage to look at purchasing a 22 or 23 Skoda Kodiaq. Had none in stock and was told by the salesman Keith that he had more coming in and would be in touch. we were looking at trading or a straight sale no finance. He said he would put our car out to trade for offers and never heard anything. That was the first week in January, and still have heard nothing back from them. They have posted numerous Kodiaqs on car sales websites plus their own site, and we we never contacted by the garage. We had no choice but to take our business to another garage in Dublin where we were treated like humans. Like a previous review stated, unless you were in an expensive suit and tie and wanted something out of the wrapper, they had no interest in dealing with us. It's shocking that local people had to travel to Dublin to buy a car when you would imagine that local garages would want local business and local money. I would avoid this place and the rude sales team at all costs.

Just bought a stunning volkswagen Tiguan. Delighted with it.Tara was such a lovely person to deal with. He is such a expert on cars and explained all the features and really made us completely at ease and happy with our purchase. Couldn't recommend him highly enough to help you find a new car.
