Lovely staff over the phone and in-person. They call you back when they promise unlike other main dealerships, they definitely go above and beyond. My kids and I were treated very well,vespecially by Ryan, he was very professional but also personable. Unfortunately, the car did not suit our current needs but if things change in the future I would definitely not hesitate to buy a car from here.

Extremely disappointed! After being a loyal customer of theirs since 2021, and after buying 9 cars from them to the approx. total value of €685,000 - they have eventually shown their true colours and have let me down by dishonouring their word after they got what they’re after - my money! I paid them €82,000 for a brand new CLE, and I was promised a gift (as usual with each previous purchase) - they revoked the gift upon collection of new vehicle with the excuse of trade-in vehicle’s wheel could do with a refurbishment! I had received a call from sales executive informing me of gift being revoked, where he also called me “dumb”! Would not recommend dealing with them. Would advise you to go to Mercedes-Benz Ballsbridge instead.
