Recently had a technical fault with my car while driving which I became very worried about, called my Mercedes garage that I had bought the car from and they asked me to go to the nearest Mercedes garage as soon as possible. I arrived in MSL and went to the service desk, I explained the situation and asked would it be possible for someone to look at the car quickly just to ensure it was safe for me to continue driving the car. As soon as I mentioned that I bought the car elsewhere, the staff member brushed me aside and said they couldn't help nor would they look at the car. I live in the area close to the garage, never will I purchase, service or recommend MSL, rude and arrogant. I was shocked and extremely disappointed

I found the experience excellent. Stephen Campbell treated me with upmost respect throughout the appointment which is sometimes not the case where senior female customers are concerned. I commend him for that attitude towards senior citizens.
