They listened to all my concerns and provided solutions. My new car came in pristine condition and has a full dealer warranty and service history. These guys are on a power trip. DO NOT tell them that anyone else was touching your car, they will refuse to serve you. Their response is a lot of hot air but it sums up what to look forward to with these people.

4 year old Puegeot 5008 in for a service today. €450 it cost. The only unusual thing was brake pads which came to around €90. But €65 for oil and €12.50 for AdBlue that I filled up exactly 4 weeks ago for €14 at a pump. Only reason they get 2 stars is because they rang before replacing brake pads. Won't be back.
