I cannot recommend Tara highly enough for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. From the moment I contacted the garage, she went above and beyond to assist me in every possible way. It’s not often you come across someone in customer service who genuinely cares, but Tara is an absolute credit to this business. Despite my car repairs not being completed yet, the level of support I have received from Tara has been exceptional. She has been patient, understanding, and incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and ensured that I had all the information I needed. Not only did she handle my queries efficiently, but she also made sure I felt valued as a customer, which is rare to find these days. I came across Malahide Autos last year and I have never looked anywhere else. I have an older car and they look after it as if it's a brand new car. The receptionist is so lovely and accommodating and any of the staff I talked too are kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend Malahide Autos.

Went there today with my car without a booking. They took me in and had my car ready within hours. Fantastic service. Great work.very helpful staff.all round great service provided. Price they charge is very good.i will be going back ..one of the better garages around...

We recently used Malahide Autos to get the car sorted after failing the NCT, Darren and the team couldn’t have been more helpful in getting things sorted. We let him know we were under pressure to get the car back due to commitments & he provided a courtesy car while the car was being repaired that alleviated pressure on the situation but the lads still got the car fixed and NCT’d as quicker than we thought was possible. Amazing service, great staff & most of all a great price.
