Excellent service and advice from the first contact , Honest and trustworthy and contactable at anytime , Alan was the man I dealt with the most and his passion for quality cars was obvious from the start , my car was polished and detailed within an inch of its life and when I went to collect i was amazed by the effort the lads went to , I would defo recommend long mile motors and hopefully I will do more business in the future , full car history , warranty and a years AA membership and a stunning car

Finally, a dealer that sets their intended lowest price up front, *actually* services their cars, and provides a truly decent warranty (which I likely won't have to use). Very happy with my purchase overall, the car is incredibly clean and well looked after (especially under the bonnet). Long Mile Motors is one of the few genuine, honest dealerships out there!

I strongly advise against bringing your car to this dealership for repairs. My experience with their service was exceptionally poor. I entrusted them with my vehicle for repairs, paid a substantial amount, but upon collecting it, not only were the original issues unresolved, but they also created additional, more severe problems. When I returned to address these concerns, they outright refused to assist. The individual I spoke with, named John, was highly unprofessional and aggressive in his behavior. I sympathize with their mechanic, who seemed overworked—tasked with repairing about five cars daily. Unfortunately, the mechanic did not speak or understand English, which made it incredibly challenging to explain the issues with my car. Based on my experience, it was clear he lacked the necessary skills or understanding to perform the repairs competently. If there would be ZERO star I would give ! For the sake of your time, money, and the well-being of your car, I strongly recommend seeking a more reliable and professional repair service elsewhere.
