I just picked up my brand new Opel Corsa and it’s everything I’ve wanted in a car from Apple car play to heated seats. I’d like to thank Richard S for being really efficient and finding me a car that both looks great and has all the extras I wanted. After my last car being in an accident resulting in a write off both Richard’s went above and beyond to help me get back onto the road and sped up the process as much as possible. Just bought my new MG5. It was an absolutely easy process. Three weeks from the test drive to me driving home in my lovely new car, yay! Mark was professional, friendly and answered all my queries in a timely manner. Even when I added on accessories, it was no bother and it arrived fairly quickly. Handover was efficient, I was shown all pertinent equipment and how to use them. Overall, it's been a pleasure to deal with Mark and the Linders team. Would consider buying a car here again.

Customer service is disgraceful , I bought an MG4 from linders in finglas I use it as a taxi, after 8k kilometres I noticed I could feel the frame of the driver seat hurting my back , it feels like the cushion has worn down . I dropped into linders to see would someone take a look at it , I was told I'd have to make an appointment to see a technician as that was protocol and the guy in the garage couldn't look at it ,so i got a date to see the technician and I arrived on time the girl at reception took my details , 30 minutes later the girl at reception came back with my keys and said the technician said the seat is fine that there is nothing wrong with it, so I asked to see the technician or a manager the manager came to me I asked him to come out to my car and feel how bad the seat had worn he felt the seat and said that's just how they are I said to him that's not good enough to which he replied I don't make them then he went over to another man the one I think is the technician and said to him did you look at this seat and he said ye it's OK and that's the end of the discussion, I was dismissed like child I told him I will be letting every taxi forum know about this and that I'm not happy at all . .So this is how you get treated by linders 8 months after you spend 40 thousand euro on a new car. be very wary of this company ..
