From first entering the Cork Lexus showrooms my wife & I were impressed by the courtesy and kindness shown to us by Ken (sales manager)and by emmanuel who demonstrated the car. During negotiations, Ken showed remarkable patience and understanding in facilitating our requirements for colour of car and its delivery. As we were about to leave in our lovely new Lexus NX we were presented with a gift from Lexus. We will certainly be back.
I collected my gorgeous brand-new Lexus LBX Elegant four days ago and I honestly cannot wipe the smile off my face! It has been seven years since I bought a new car, so this purchase was well worth waiting for. I spotted the new LBX on instagram around 6 months ago when it was in the pre-production stage, then I contacted Lexus Cork to see when they would have a demo to view or test drive. Initially I was speaking with Ryan & Arron from the sales team who promised to keep me informed each time the LBX was available to view in Cork. I never had to chase them for information or arrival dates, and there was never a ‘hard sell’ sales approach. I viewed the demo in October and the minute I sat into it I just knew I would buy one as soon as it was launched in Ireland. I finally got the call from sales manager Ken Horgan three weeks ago to say that three demo models had arrived which were available to test drive, and the rest is history! I picked up my stunning new wheels this week. It is a 1.5L self-charging hybrid and I can already see how much money I am going to save on fuel as the onboard computer is showing that 75% of my driving is in EV mode. It is also my first time driving an automatic car so I was a little apprehensive about the changeover, but I am flying. I love driving it and it is just so smooth. Every part of the interior and exterior screams luxury with the full Lexus spec including cream leather interior and heated seats. There is also a comprehensive warranty which includes 3 years free servicing, plus Lexus 24/7 roadside assistance 365 days a year. I want to say a huge thank you to the entire team in Lexus Cork who have all been a pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble, and to say that I feel like a very valued customer would be an understatement. I popped into the showroom briefly yesterday with a little something to say thank you to the wonderful sales manager Ken. While I was there, the receptionist brought me a lovely coffee & some biscuits, while Ken arranged to have my car washed! All that was missing was a red carpet to match my new car! THANK YOU!
I recently purchased a new car from Lexus Cork and have been impressed so far with the customer service I have received. Ken in particular from Sales has been very helpful, and reassuring in resolving any issues one may encounter. He epitomises the Lexus brand image through his excellent customer service both pre and post sale.
After looking at many different brands of luxury vehicles, we very happily picked up our Lexus ES300h yesterday at Lexus Cork. Mr Ken Horgan is a gentleman to deal with, so reassuring, spent all the time we needed and he went over and above to make sure everything was 100% for us. A true perfectionist, Lexus are very lucky to have him. And we are also extremely lucky to be experiencing an amazing car like this! Thank you Ken, and Lexus Cork!
Not the easiest entrance to get into but the staff are excellent and Ken (the sales manager) is always very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
