My wife regularly services her 2018 Peugeot with Leonard’s- when it broke down on the road recently they refused to take it in for repair off the recovery truck - the didn’t even assist with finding an alternative garage. Ended up having to bring it to Ennis (for proper customer service) and lost half a day off work- no loyalty shown by Leonards. Dreadful customer service by Leonards. PS- Re your response below- black 182 registered 5008- if you check your e-mail outbox (11-3-25) you will see the email you sent with your service history details for the car - there is no record of the presentation of the car to the garage on the day because your team would not even discuss the car or possible onward support options available- just poor customer interest and service- happy motoring to you too.
