Very pleased with my experience of dealing with Kieran Moran Car Sales and Jonathan in particular. I bought a car for my daughter a few months ago and we were both very happy with the attention and service we received. Any issues that required attention were dealt with without fuss. I bought my current car four years ago from Kieran Moran and due to the excellent after-sales care, and top-class servicing, she is still going like a dream despite being a 2015 model. I hope to trade up, this year, and will definitely be buying from Kieran, again. I would highly recommend Kieran Moran Car Sales to anyone. I have found him incredibly helpful and trustworthy.

Was very interested in a car that they had for sale , made numerous enquiries, with no response, eventually rang them to arrange a viewing , got told to ring another number, was then told to ring before coming to view incase it was already sold , rang again 2 days later before travelling to view , didn't get the feeling they were interested in my enquiries from the start, was told a postcode would be texted before he hung up on me...Needless to say I'm still waiting on the postcode 2 days later so don't think I'll waste my time travelling to view it. If their communication skills are anything to go by I'm not sure I'd feel happy purchasing a car from them. Good manners cost nothing.

*Update* gearbox has just failed, in less than a year of ownership. Contacted several mechanics, including a gearbox specialist, but the repair could cost up to €5,000. Do not buy a vehicle from here. My experience was nothing less than shocking, and the after sales care was nearly non existent. The car they sold me was a complete wreck, effectively unsafe to drive, and it's estimated to cost thousands in repairs to bring it up to a relative decent standard. All of this despite them knowing that this was being purchased as a vehicle to drive my young daughter. Avoid purchasing from here, your hard earned money deserves better

Run A Mile From This So Called Garage wasted my time for more than a week Looked into a car in which they have advertised and when I asked if I could view the car it was not possible because they had given it out every day I rang and was told tomorrow it will be back. eventually I said when it's back send me a walk around video which they did at 10 in the morning 8 days after asking about the car. I was told if I waited I would be given first refusal by 1 o clock johnny rings me and says they need €500 deposit or it's going to be sold the deposit I was told was non refundable at this stage I hadn't even seen the car in person and didn't even hear the sound of the engine so much for me waiting and getting first refusal I waited 9 days for this car and they couldn't wait 48 hours 24 of which they aren't open. My advice to anyone looking at any car in this so called garage is to leave the cars where they are as their customer care is non existent.
