Car no 2 out of Kia Dundrum. From ordering our car of Paul ( pleasure to deal with ;) )and collecting it 3 weeks later, then 2 small service call in we can only give you guys 5*. Ladies out of service department made guarantee repair proces very pleasant and stress free with replacement car. Purchasing Kia from you was definitely the right move. Highly recommend

Difficult to get an appointment,, bad service and rude staff.I got the service done by them after a year I bought from non Kia dealer. They handed me over the car after service with a listing of all checks done while the headlight was not working. So don't know if the rest checks were done or just ticked on the sheet. Following years I tried to book for service but due to waiting time I decided to get the basic service done from non Kia dealer. Now I am feeling some noise when it goes on hybrid battery and the bars are not showing high enough, so I thought to get a check up done before 7 year warranty lapse, I spoke to the service department, she said the warranty is only 2 years, when I mentioned the 7 year warranty claim on Kia website, she said yes it is but what's the problem, I explained her the issue, she first hanged up then I called again and she said "why I feel it's hybrid battery" I told her that's wish I was mechanic and would have known, that's why I am ringing you. She rudely said the earliest is March 25, so 4 months later. I told her that I don't want to have a bigger problem driving with this for another 4 months, also I may not have 7 year warranty valid by that time, she took the registration and told me that the 7 year warranty is expiring in Jan 25, so I requested her to give me earlier date, she said you need an appointment before but we can't. So what type of service it is. Don't understand.

Had an issue in May - had to bring the car in 4 times and assured each time everything sorted. It’s only 4 years old - this shouldn’t be happening. Now this weekend - driving down the country - diesel fell out of the car destroying every surface I drove on. I lost half a tank as the fuel fell out of car - the smell of diesel was overpowering. Thanks to Doran’s garage in Ballygarret they cable tied a broken fuel injector (that I was assured was fixed) and we hobbled on after soaking up all the diesel flooding the engine. Tomorrow visit 5 in 3 months. Disgraceful. I cannot understand why they won’t fix this injector issue. 5 times !!!

Great experience dealing with these guys. We had our family car serviced here. They were able to take it in in less then a week. I dropped the car off at 9 o'clock as arranged and had it back by 2.30. Genuinely excellent service and communications. By mid morning I had received a call with a number of small items that needed attention on top of the regular service which were all priced over the phone and attended to whilst the car was there. The bill was as expected and reasonable. Great service and friendly staff on the phone and at reception. The bill and details of work done was presented in a neat Kia branded sleeve, a small thing but this gave the impression of a business working to a high standard. I also met a very decent mechanic when I collected the car from their yard who was happy to dish out advice and answer questions. This is a well run garage which restored our my faith in Kia after a previously disappointing experience with another dealership. If you need your Kia serviced, this is the place to go.
