They operate out of two premises, Drumbeigh Mountcharles and Port Road Letterkenny serving the local market under the management of Martin and Brendan Kelly who took over the business from their father Joseph. Abysmal customers service from a rude tetchy team of people, have never felt so insulted. Half the cars they advertise are being held without any warning, so best not to bother visiting!
I take my car here to get service all the time. The staff is very friendly. Will take you through what will be done and if you have any concerns about the car will be noted and checked out. You will be given an estimate time your car will be ready. They give you a call when ready. The car gets a nice wash and the mats inside are hoovered.
