Still under the 4-year warranty for new cars, the brakes don't work, I went to the store to consult, they told me to leave the car or drive it away, and made an appointment to check the car in three weeks instead of repairing it. I asked again if I left the car, would you give me a car to drive temporarily, they answered me very confidently: No! The car broke down and it took 3-5 weeks to repair it. This is a very bad experience. People who buy new cars should pay attention to it. Haha, the after-sales service is really bad!!!

Booked car in online on Tuesday 22nd at 9.30 for a service. In the process they ask are there any other issues they should look at , I advised of an intermittent problem with electronics that needed to be checked. Night before I received email from Keary’s to check car in online and asking did I require various extra checks/services to be completed at additional cost. These I declined but confirmed appointment.I collected car at 4.45 and a new switch had been fitted ( under warranty) to fix the electronics but no service had been carried out. I got no explanation, no satisfaction and no offer of remedy, despite my wife having to take a day off work to facilitate the service. Not a good customer experience. John Daly

We have been having the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Walter Brennan at Kearys Kinsale Roundabout Nissan Cork since 2016, and we cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding customer care experience we have received both pre and post-sales. Living in Ireland, we have interacted with many dealerships, but none have matched the exceptional service provided by Walter at Kearys Cork. From the moment we walked into the showroom, Walter's professionalism and genuine care for his customers were evident. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, ensuring that we felt valued and heard. His extensive knowledge of the vehicles and his ability to explain the features and benefits in a clear and concise manner made our decision-making process much easier. Walter's dedication did not end with the sale. He continued to provide support and assistance, ensuring that we were completely satisfied with our purchases. His follow-up calls and willingness to address any concerns we had, demonstrated his commitment to customer satisfaction. Our positive experience with Walter and the team at Kearys Cork led us to purchase another new car from them. We were thrilled with the trade-in value we received for our old vehicle, and this only thanks to Walter, because Keary's trade in team was about to lose this deal in first place, but his feedback & efforts brought the numbers back to what we believed to be more than fair. The finance process was also handled efficiently and smoothly, thanks to Brendan in the finance department. Brendan's expertise and quick resolution of all the issues AIB tried to create made the entire process stress-free. We believe that Walter Brennan deserves recognition for his exceptional service. It is disheartening to see him today working from a desk in a corner of a messy car showroom. (What is going on with the Nissan building?) Walter's dedication and hard work merit a proper office where he can continue to provide the high level of service that Kearys Cork is known for. In conclusion, our experience with Kearys Kinsale Roundabout Nissan Cork has been nothing short of excellent for the third time in 10 years (Nissan Leaf, Nissan Qashqai, Nissan X-Trail). We highly recommend Walter to anyone who appreciates human relations in times where you are just a number to smell and get rid of if that turns out to be too low, you are just someone to feed ridicolous margins in someone else's sales quota. We sincerely hope that the management recognizes the value of having dedicated professionals like Walter on their team. Business leaders who adopt the attitude that anyone is replaceable, thinking they can simply hire someone with a greater skillset or someone with a more prestigious pedigree, are fooling themselves. When a company has a truly great employee, that employee carries value that simply cannot be replaced. Have a great day.

Had my car towed to Kearys Nissan as it had broken down on the road. Was quoted a price to fix the issues and had no issues with that, However when i returned to find out if the vehicle was ready I was told that something else was wrong and had been ordered and fixed without giving me a quotation on it. Now I understand that it needed to be done, however surely speaking to the customer about this before hand is the way to go? I now need to fork out money that i don't necessarily have for this. On top of this my radio was working perfectly fine beforehand but now will not even turn on. Definitely not a great experience here and will think twice before coming back.
