The staff on Reception were SO helpful. Kearys were accommodating of the fact that I was going abroad and couldn't pick the car up for a number of weeks and held on to it for me. On my return, staff were again polite friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Bought my first EV from them in 2017. The whole after sales support was very poor. Bought it with a 5 year service pack, yet everytime I'd come in, they'd try to make me pay for the service as apparently the car wasn't showing on their records. they never updated this even if I kept showing them proof of purchase for the service pack and insisted them on doing this, so it was a battle everytime. The quality and offering of the service kept decreasing too. The first time around I remember getting a video with all the job done on the service, never again. First time around, maybe second too I was offered a lift to work etc, never again. Also found their sellers very sleazy, and not knowledgeable at all when it came to EVs anyway, in fact the salesman who sold me the car got back to me looking for help in answering some of his customers queries as he didn't have a clue. When i decided to change cars (Ioniq to Ioniq 5), I knew I wasn't going to buy of them unless they were significantly cheaper than the competition. They were significantly more expensive than other Hyundai dealers in the country, so it made my decision very easy and was relieved and glad to avoid having to deal with them anymore. So, definitely would shop around before giving them your business... Giving them two stars because the actual car was very good. I drove it for 5 years without any major issues whatsoever.
