Bought a car from them yesterday and I’m obsessed. Abby was super helpful from the very start and so friendly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to change their car.

Before I start I used to race cars so I have all the equipment and diagnostic tools and can fix most problems myself. I bought a car from this business from the moment I drove the car home problem after problem kept coming up. The 3 month warranty they gave didn’t cover much. I notified them of all the problems I had to return the car to them as there was a dangerous vibration in the braking system, diesel fumes coming into the car, radio lcd faded after driving, fault codes relating to the turbo came up and car lost all power, sensor fault on the passenger seat belt so when I test drove the car all seat belts were connected to the buckle which I found strange. When it’s not clicked in there is a beeping sound which lasts a long time so I have to have it connected all the time as it thinks someone is sitting there. When I brought the car back they replaced the radio, which knocked out my parking sensors, they charged me €140 for bushes which they said was the cause of the vibration it’s wasn’t ! Turns out the brake discs are warped and need replacing. The car has seat belt extenders which are meant to bring the seat belt to you because it’s a coupe and they are very far back neither of these work. I would strongly recommend avoiding this business at all costs they do minimal work to cars they sell and even after bringing it back and paying to have it fixed it didn’t solve the problems. Was offered a refund but I just took it to another dealer who actually know what they are doing and got everything fixed so was about an extra €700 on top of the €4640 already paid. This review I posted here as the reviews on their website are not real reviews. Read their terms and conditions and it will tell you they reserve the right to change or alter any reviews posted. Thanks for reading and hope it saves you from buying from these guys.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend bringing a mechanic to check any vehicle here in advance of purchase, particularly for non-mechanically savvy customers. At the very minimum, ensure to verify oil level on a flat surface once the engine has cooled down. The car I purchased here was overfilled with oil by around 1 litre (manufacturers specified capacity: 5.1L, more than 6 litres drained) I took the car back 1 day after purchase and an overfill was confirmed by a member of staff. This staff member (although friendly) turned around and advised "Sorry, we don't have any mechanics here, Come back in 3 days we'll drain it out" I was not satisfied with the prospect of driving 3 days with such a high oil level, therefore I opted to remove the excess oil myself. In the end, I opted to change the oil again because the remaining oil had a very strong smell of diesel and was pitch black, despite allegedly being changed by the garage prior to purchase. Now I understand that diesel engine oil typically turns dark a lot more rapidly compared to petrol vehicles, however this was pitch black, and smelled of diesel. After I did the oil change, the oil went dark amber and took more than 1000km to become pitch black like it was when I bought it. Overall it wasn't a big deal as I sorted it out, but I worry for other customers who may drive 1000s of km without checking oil level because they assume the garage did due diligence and put in the correct quantity prior to sale.
