I get my car serviced here occasionally for no other reason than to get a main dealer health check and a computer update (if necessary) . However on the most recent service they missed an obvious oil leak on top of the engine and got quite shirty when I pointed this out to them. At €440 for a basic oil and filter service, I expected better.

From my first phone call with Seamus he was nothing but helpful. When we arrived to see the car myself and all my family (arrived with wife and 4 kids) everyone made us extremely welcome. Buying from here was a no brainer. Thanks to everyone!

Customer service is significantly lacking. More importantly we have found the service/maintenance of our Volvo to be incomplete. Repeatedly sending us away with engine light reappearing in a few hours after a complete service.

Cant recommend, could not help me during vacation in Ireland. Send me away with a red warning light (critical status) as they do not have time. Another Volvo dealership managed to analyse the issue within 15 minutes. Friendly but not really helpful customer service.

I've been to a lot of dealerships over the past 3 months and this has been the best and easiest to deal with. Ian in sales is very professional, honest and considerate. I never felt pressured at any stage and it was the easiest deal I ever made. Damien in finance is equally very attentive and knowledgeable. I arrived again today to ask a few questions and spoke with Peter and another salesman. It is clear that there is a customer focused culture at this dealership and I really felt valued. The girls at reception are also very welcoming and professional. Overall: excellent
