Five star service today from the service department. Morey in particular went above and beyond. Parts ordered during the Christmas rush and delivered quicker than expected. Very professional and extremely helpful.

Car is 3 time at repair and all 3 time same issue. Pick up car yesterday and today got same issue ... car is not fix but i was charged all 3 times. Still got johnson warranty on car coz i both it there. Now need to bring it 4 time there for same repair. This is ridicules...coolant lvl low

Just arrived in Ireland and needed urgent service for my Jaguar, which wasn’t starting. They told me they may have time in 4 weeks. This was my last interaction. I am planning to buy a new one but certainly not there

It's a shame that a place that looks great has such mediocre service. We spend quite a bit of money on these cars and it seems to me that even if you enter the premises to get help for even a small issue, the staff should not want to get rid of you out the door as quick as they can. I did have what turned out to be a minor issue with a sensor,. But when a red warning message appears on the dash you tend to take it seriously, but not the service manage guy, he seemed quite annoyed as to why I was even there. He eye balled me and told me it would be at least a month before they could take a look. I was left with only one conclusion, never return.

Totally unhelpful. Not willing to discuss the fault on the vehicle and just fobbed me off in less than 10 seconds flat, despite the emergency. If that’s the spirit and an example of Land Rover then all I can say is their levels of service have dropped below any level I could have predicted. I didn’t want to believe the reviews is read but sadly they seem to be true. Update: 01/05/24 You asked for more information as you couldn’t see evidence of my visit. That’s because I didn’t visit. I didn’t have an opportunity to visit. I was dismissed by your unhelpful staff who wouldn’t even give me the opportunity to discuss my issue. I hope that helps.
