The agent that I dealt with is mick , he was excellent and he made me feel at ease. He was reassuring and answered all the questions I asked.I requested that the car be delivered to my home and he said certainly and that’s what he did. He was friendly nice and helpful ,he was recommend to me by my sister and her husband who both bought cars from him I suspect I will get my next car from him.

I rang to get the car serviced and they took my name and number and they said someone from service will ring me and no one did, so i rang back the next day and thy said give me your name and number and some one will ring me. I said i rang yesterday and gave my number but no one rang me back and guess what they never rang. I rang another Peugeot garage and had a serviced booked in less than 5 minutes?

I had my Renault Captur recently serviced. I am happy. But I did ask for the clarification on the pressure of my tyres and that didn’t happen. Would be nice also if car was washed following a service which didn’t happen this time. Not big complaints but would have been appreciated.

I am in the process of purchasing a Dacia Jogger Hybrid Extreme model and we were looked after by April. She was very kind, polite and professional throughout our visit. We arranged a test drive to try out how the Jogger would fit our lifestyle (fitting double buggies and car seats etc) and it well passed our needs. Unfortunately there was no Hybrid model available to test drive so we tried the TCe Petrol model which was fine as the dimensions and space inside are the same which was the main priority for my growing family. Overall it was a very positive experience and I've put in an order for the Hybrid Jogger in Shadow Grey which is a lovely colour in person (they had a Megane in the show room in the same colour). Looking forward now for it's arrival. I highly recommend Joe Mallon Motors for anyone who are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. I'm sure their after sales services is just as great also 😊
