The agent that I dealt with is mick , he was excellent and he made me feel at ease. He was reassuring and answered all the questions I asked.I requested that the car be delivered to my home and he said certainly and that’s what he did. He was friendly nice and helpful ,he was recommend to me by my sister and her husband who both bought cars from him I suspect I will get my next car from him.

Extremely poor service & after sales care when I rang as my new 251 Arkana suffered an engine failure risk on M50. I was stressed & upset as I had my two very young children in the car but the staff I spoke to on phone fobbed me off completely. My husband had to sort an AA tow, he subsequently got an apology from managing director but I still feel this review is fair & warranted.

Amazing premises and staff at Joe Mallon Renault. Cars ive bought from here have been top spec. Service done today and staff were very helpful and friendly .Darrly for knowing i was waiting around until service was finished and done car asap to top standard.Even a nice shiny car when i collected it . Amy on service desk was very friendly and had all ready and organised for me to pay ..No delays. Would 100% recommend Joe Mallon Naas .

This is the second Renault I've had but the first time I've dealt with Joe Mallon Motors and the first Renault I had was a few years ago, I'm slowly getting used to the automatic and electric Scenic but it's going well. The team and especially April McCabe were brilliant in all my dealings with them and I felt that all my questions were answered. I wouldn't change anything about my transaction.
