I am in the process of purchasing a Dacia Jogger Hybrid Extreme model and we were looked after by April. She was very kind, polite and professional throughout our visit. We arranged a test drive to try out how the Jogger would fit our lifestyle (fitting double buggies and car seats etc) and it well passed our needs. Unfortunately there was no Hybrid model available to test drive so we tried the TCe Petrol model which was fine as the dimensions and space inside are the same which was the main priority for my growing family. Overall it was a very positive experience and I've put in an order for the Hybrid Jogger in Shadow Grey which is a lovely colour in person (they had a Megane in the show room in the same colour). Looking forward now for it's arrival. I highly recommend Joe Mallon Motors for anyone who are looking to purchase a new/used vehicle. I'm sure their after sales services is just as great also 😊

Can’t recommend Joe Mallon Motors enough, process of ordering and receiving my new car was simple and straightforward. From entering at reception I was looked after by the friendly staff and Brian and Jack where great to deal with. Brian made sure I was happy with everything before I drove away smiling. Top service.

Edit based on response below: I never offered to take this review down - bizarre response from their marketing department. Dacia Sandero was taken in from my mother. They replaced the alternator for €1,100 - I called around for comparisons and this is way over the going rate in 3 other garages. This took 6 full weeks. The same car broke down a very short time after this service and Joe Mallon’s then charged €300 for a “new” battery. Again, this is more than I found when comparing. This should have been picked up in the initial service provided. This business was clearly targeting a vulnerable customer. Stay away from this place and don’t let your relatives be taken advantage of. The alternator took 6 weeks to replace (understandable with shipping etc.) however there was no courtesy car provided for a full 3 weeks. My mother lives alone and in a rural cottage. Just an awful experience.
