I have serviced my Mazda in Joe Duffy and I have had the best customer service I have ever received from a dealership. Matthew has been fantastic through the whole process, he is a credit to your company and a valued member of staff. He has been friendly, professional and extremely accommodating doing every he possibly could to help me from start to finish. Car valeting was just the cherry on top.

Horrific dealership. Left on Friday and confirmed Saturday morning I would purchase the car on Monday morning. The car was sold on to someone else on Saturday afternoon. I wasn’t even offered the opportunity to put a deposit down. The car was obviously being saved for someone else. Truly horrific dealership, manger didn’t even apologise on the phone.

I have never posted a review before now.. but I felt I had to let people know about my experience with joe duffy motors finglas...in Oct 2020 I bought a 171 Mazda 6..with 12mth warranty plus an additional 12mths if I got the car serviced with..they said health check was100%when I got the first service in 2021..the service in 2022 was a different ..they told I needed new break cylinder and estimated cost would be over 500euro..when I told them I had 24mths warranty the( shutters went up) firstly I had to prove I had 24mth warranty..which I did..then for 7mths all I got was excuse after excuse regarding the repair..in my mind I knew something was not right..so I brought the car to have it checked with another garage..straight away they said there was (NOTHING WRONG)with the cylinder seal and if there was it be leaking fluid..so when I went back to Duffys..I got more excuses..also the health check list for 2022 service showed I needed 4 new tyres at 140euro per tyre (which I didn't need)..also when I had a service done at another garage..they where shocked to see none of the filters or the oil had been changed recently.. So to anyone thinking of buying a second hand car from Joe Duffy motors.. Make sure you get what you paid for..there annual service is expensive..Good luck..

Picked up a used Mazda 3 here on 28/7/23. Arrived before garage opened and seen my car out the back, when he seen me looking at, the guy who did the valet came out and gave me advice on how to care for it and wash it in future. Car was absolutely gleaming. Obvious the guy takes pride in his work. Interacted with 3 people in the space of a week at Joe Duffy Mazda, all of them approachable and over the top professional. Great service experience.
