I had my car Peugeot 3008 booked into this garage for a oil change and more to the point a issue with my rattling on the front right end of my car..aI asked them to install new brake pads in front as it was discovered that the front right side was the problem. .. Left me car in for nearly 3 hours and returned to find that they didn't charge the break pads as requested... they told me that the pads were all ok...🫤... however my rattling was still there ... also told me that there's was a special kit to sort out my brake pad problem but they didn't have it in stock... would have to order it in.... what a joke...I left after doing only the oil change and had to to go and investigate this problem with another garage only to find that they were no such thing as as kit to fix my problem... Ps... Another Peugeot dealer in Cork ... Apparently it was my break pads were the problem and this dealer failed to fix it....A simple fix but service manager didn't know better.😕

Excellent 5***** Family run and you can feel it when You walk in the door on meeting the very pleasant receptionists. We bought a lovely car this year and we are so happy with it. Dealt with Michael who went above and beyond to help us, a pure gentleman and same goes for Mark (Owner) who we met too, so genuine. Also a mention to all the other staff, the mechanics who made sure everything was 100% and other sales persons who passed with a smile offering us tea while we waited. The after sales is excellent. Strang is just so trustworthy. Money well spent. I cant rate this place highly enough. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommend a visit, you wont regret it. Thank you all for a great experience. Excellent. We called to look at a car for our son who recently passed his driving test. We were greeted on entry by a member of staff and asked to sign in with our details. The staff were excellent and left us to browse at our leisure. If we liked any car, the salesperson told to come back and let him know what was chosen and we could negotiate on price. He gave us no bull***t but seemed to be very genuine on his pricing. We chose a car for further testing and we will return with the latest new driver to check out the car. More anon.
