AVOID. My husband booked our car in for a service here along with our free recall. He was quoted €220 over the phone for the oil and filter service. On finishing said work, the garage rang with a total price of €420, almost double the price quoted and without any extra work having been carried out! When this was queried, the lad couldn't give us a clear reason that justified the difference in price. He tried to say that we wouldnt have been quoted that amount for a service; that price only included the "standard service" but not filters. So my question is what exactly does a service here include if not those basic service requirements?! When pushed further and asked for a break down of costs, we were met with more ramblings. At one stage, he tried to claim that because our car was older it needed different filters which cost more! And that with the different filters the total cost would total €360...so why try get us to pay €420?? As I'm writing this, we are none the wiser as to what exactly it is we were being charged the extra €200 for.. if not literally being conned! After explaining we would not be paying the extra €200 he quickly became rude and defensive, stating that he would take the filters out of the car! After more back and forth and probably understanding that we would not be backing down or be taken advantage of, he came up with a nonsensical 25% opel discount that would bring the price back down to the quoted €220.. in his words.. "seen as we were that badly off"!!!! The prices are totally made up and at the mercy of the person serving you. In our case, I firmly believe that the garage tried to cover the labor costs of our FREE recall. Again avoid this garage!

Keep as far away as you can, terrible service,I bought a car there the sales rep, was lying to me from the start. when I arrived to collect the car he said that the brake shoes was dusty (lie no 1) the car was cleaned yesterday (lie no 2) I filled it up with petrol for you (lie no 3) , so when we were filling out the paperwork he stopped saying back in 1 minute, what does he do, goes away with another client and leaves me to sitting like a fool, then says if you want a tea or coffee go across the road and get it there(pay for it yourself, Long story short, Brake shoes had to be replaced, I had to fill it up and I had to get it cleaned as well,costing me €250 and when I asked to speak with the manager he's never there

Probably the best dealer/garage I've dealt with. Super professional and so helpful. Sean (repairs) was a pleasure to deal with and very very thorough. It's rare to get this amount of customer service especially from a garage nowadays. If some say they are pricey please go spend your money somewhere else and you won't be long seeing it was wasted. Real professionals

Great when buying great transaction very difficult when looking for car to be serviced part not in stock quoted different prices and wanted to trade car in 2 years after for newer model was offered ridiculous money and selling same car with more mileage for 6 times price offered. Changed to different brand of car and new dealer offered much better trade in.
