Came to iMotors Letterkenny to just look around at some new vehicles. Specifically the New Niro and Sportage. We were immediately greeted by the staff and Patrick entertained us with our questions. He answered everything we asked and gave more information that we need regarding the vehicle that we want, the advantages of what type of vehicle that would benefit our type of family and finance. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on his job. We did some test drives of 2 different cars. After talking about which car, pricing, finance and warranty. We've decided to purchase one. The process was quick. Signed some papers and gave them required documents from our phone and then deal done. Purchase made. Hello new 231 Niro. They didn't had any available with them that day. But after only just waiting for 6 days, Patrick called and said that everything is sorted and car is ready for collection. Turnover was smooth. Handed over the keys, he gave us a bit of pointers regarding the car signed papers and done. No hassle. And they have emailed me a couple of times asking how everything is. Well all is good. Been a month already and we are loving the purchase we made. I have already recommended iMotors to friends especially Patrick who has been really healpful and had a good influence over our purchase.

Couldn't fault the experience purchasing my new car here. Patrick was excellent, very easy to deal with and extremely helpful with any questions I had. The car was given a full service and valet before handover so was in great condition for me and the whole process from putting down a deposit to driving away in the car was quick and smooth. Was great then to get a follow up call after a week from Tierney in reception to make sure everything was going well with the car, which it certainly was. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone!
