Conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Dundrum Town Centre, it’s perfect for passing the time while you wait. The service desk is easy to find thanks to clear signage, and the staff are welcoming and approachable. Since my car is fairly new, I wasn’t surprised to get a call confirming there were no issues, and it was ready for collection at my convenience. The team took the time to answer a few questions I had, and when I inquired about a product for treating minor scratches, they personally guided me to their on-site store where I could easily place an order based on their recommendations. Overall, it was a pleasant and stress-free experience, and I’ll be happily returning next year!

We were looking for a new car for my wife and thought we'd try Hyyundai Dundrum. It wasn't clearly signed which entrance to use, it was a very tight site to manoeuvre around and can be difficult to exit turning right due to the volume of traffic. I didn't find clearly identifiable customer parking and nobody came out to assist, we were outside for only five minutes but didn'tget a great vibe. We left without entering the showroom and went to a different car dealership.
