Had a really good experience. I live in cork but was in contact with the team at Hugo cars. They provided me video walk around an and discussed trade in over the phone. They ensured work was done on the timing belt before I collected the car. Really great deal with and the car was immaculate when I collected. Was searching for a particular car I wanted and came across Hugo Cars online. Looked up reviews to find they came highly recommended and saw they were a verified dealership on donedeal. Called owner Don who was a pleasure to speak with. Straight talking and no hassle, didn't pressure us into any decisions. He took a deposit over the phone and sent an invoice directly. He also took a trade in on the new car. Happy to say the new car was in pristine condition when collecting, recently fitted with a new clutch and flywheel, and half tank of diesel. Don put a year's warranty on the car with AA. All paperwork was sorted by the staff there and new logbook arrived a week later. Will absolutely be going back to Hugo Cars when I'm looking again.
