I was very happy with the purchase of my car from Hertz Cork. The car was immaculate inside and out and was great value. I researched extensively and I was not able to find a similar model for a price anywhere close to what I paid. With Brexit putting the lid on the UK for exports, Hertz is a great place to shop. Double bonus - the car is automatic so I can give my left leg a break!

My wife bought a car a while back from Joe and she was delighted with the process and the car itself. I was with her at the time to help and it was all very easy. Joe couldn't have been more accommodating and transparent. Big thank you to the team for helping out.

Bought a car from here and asked to have a navigation system installed. The system was installed but the cables to connect were left hanging instead of properly putting it at the USB port on the panel. I was told they were waiting for a part, then that the Dublin office was going to sort it out. Now 6 months later after chasing them quite a lot, I gave up as I see their word can't be trusted.

I was promised two car keys but at delivery I just got one and was told that the other one is in Dublin office and they are trying to get it as soon as possible. After repeated followups I was told that its not too expensive to make a duplicate key (Actual cost is 120euros) and my calls were being dogged. Its now more than 3 month's and no sign of my duplicate key. Now its not the question of money its honesty and customer service. If this small thing is hidden God knows what else I will be finding. I would not recommend Hertz car sales at all.
