Professional and friendly team. I was woth my wife (as a second opinion) when she changed her car here and they were courteous and helpful, and dealt with her, not me, if you know what I mean. There was a small issue with her new vehicle and they bent over backwards to resolve it - which they did. Would highly recommend them; top notch service.

Had the rearview camera system go on my newly purchased used skoda. They rang around local skoda dealers as I'm down the country and got me an appointment for replacement within a few weeks. Payment was sorted before I even went. Very impressed with their customer service.

We won't go near the place again! I wasn't even going to leave a review but after hearing how a blonde dragon at reception spoke to my 86 year old grandmother over the phone accusing her of being late for an appointment (which she wasn't) I had to leave a review. Not only was that staff member ignorant above her station, for the pleasure, they charged hundreds for a service and I don't think they even looked at the car because she went in with a tyre pressure light on and came out with the light on, all because 1 tyre was 3 units higher than the rest-so they never checked her tyres or dash! And I might add, my same grandmother and grandfather bought their cars from there, new and almost new since 1999, but they won't be buying from there again! Just to add, after that arrogant wagon phoned accusing my grandmother of being late (2 hours before her slot) she was so panicked she left the house without taking breakfast or her morning tablets leaving her shaken that day. Bit of customer service training and a reminder of basic manners would work wonders.

Last month I bought a Volvo V60 on donedeal from a man who was selling the car on behalf of Gerry Comiskey Ltd. This week, it rained heavy and there was a puddle in the front passenger side footwell... It's, unfortunately, now obvious why this garage wanted to distance itself from the sale of this car... It's leaking rain badly...
