I had an appointment to have the car checked and this is a routine thing but They didn't give me the test report. when I went to receive the car I noticed that my car tire was smashed and very damaged it seems that one of the customers does not have enough experience in driving so he hit the tire with something I met a video when I received the car and told them about this incident and they did not care about the matter and the carpenter named Keith spoke to me and told me we will fix the issue and he did not respond to my calls and messages for a month .. Despite that when my car was finished being checked my car battery died and no longer charged they completely ruined the car they do not have enough experience and they are butchers who only want money and do not care about anything else I advise no one to go there they are idiots
Terrible experience. I received a recall notice for my airbags and booked an appointment in December for March. When I scheduled it, I was told the job would take around two hours, so I took half a day off work. However, when I arrived, they suddenly had no idea how long it would take. Since I had to work, I had to leave my car there for three days and pick it up on Friday—the only day I could get there before they closed. When I collected my car, the receptionist assured me the recall was successfully completed. The very next day, my airbag warning light came on. I immediately emailed Aoife, who had contacted me about the appointment—no response. Emailed again, still nothing. Then I emailed the main branch contact on Tuesday—again, no reply. To make matters worse, I had my NCT that same day and failed because of the airbags. So after waiting three months for this recall, BMW claimed they fixed it, but they clearly didn’t—and now I’m out €80 for the test and another €40 for the retest. Absolutely shocking service. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I expect them to actually fix the airbags properly this time, as failing an NCT after a "repair" is completely unacceptable. I wanted to buy a new car from this branch but after all this, I won't be purchasing a car from this branch Updates: as soon as I posted this review, 2 different people came back to me- Siobhan and Aoife. Aoife mentioned she'll come back to me later that afternoon as I need them to fix more things for the NCT but I did not hear from Aoife again. It seems that communication is at a non existing level in this branch.
It was a good BMW dealership when I bought my car in 2021. However, after this year's checkup service (end of January), the car was returned with scratches on both the windshield and rim. I've been trying to resolve this with the customer service team at the dealership, but they constantly ignore me and no one seems willing to take responsibility for resolving the issue.
Car had issues after service (failed to charge over night) but staff seemed reluctant to address this. I was told I'd have to book in for another service, and that the next available slot would be more than a month away. When I pointed out that the issue seemed to be as a result of work done to the car during the initial service they said I could call in and they would run diagnostics. However, if it was found that the issues were unrelated to the service, I would be charged €150. This seems really poor. The car went into the service working perfectly and came out without the ability to charge the battery. You should be trying to address the issue as soon as possible, not telling me there's no availability for over a month or threatening a €150 charge. Also, they don't answer the phone. I called a few times while my car was in and couldn't get through. I was put on hold twice. I gave up both times.
