I recently went for my first service ay Finlay's. I was blown away with how good it was. The walk around video inspection with audio, explaining what was what from the mechanic was amazing. This was the first time I received something like this from any garage. The email with the traffic light breakdown from the service and what bits needed attention or I could leave was also amazing. To my surprise, Finlay's never said I needed new wipers at an extortionate price. That seems to be a thing every garage does. But not here. I can't recommend the place enough.

I got a master brake cylinder and a caliper replaced here on 11/2/25. They did an excellent job and it was quite reasonable considering I was waiting in their front room for eight hours. During that time from 9am to 5pm they didn't offer me so much as a biscuit. There's a coffee machine but no vending machine so I had nothing to eat for all that time. There's no shops near. I imagine if I was buying one of their expensive cars I would be treated better. I'm 76 years old

We bought our first family car here back in 2021 just before our first baby and they were great then so we went for round 2, Michael from Volvo was our sales rep and we asked for a very specific car on the 4th of Feb and Michael was great he worked with us every step of the way, kept us informed and within 3 weeks we got our dream Volvo and within the 0% APR deadline which was fantastic. Can not fault them at all great sales team! We love our new car!

We couldn't find the car we wanted in Galway so extended our search nationwide. Eventually found a low milage Fiesta at Finlay Motors and dealt with David by phone then in person when I inspected the vehicle. Everything was as agreed, incluing a full service and warranty. Very pleased with the car, the price, and the professional service I received. Thanks guys!
