Recently purchased a car from finbarr galvins , I had the pleasure of dealing with Declan the sales manager and I can't thank him enough for all his help in getting us in our new car , He really went above and beyond to tick all the boxes for us in regards to the car we wanted etc , he was so helpful and professional in everything we asked for and made it happen, Alan also in the finance department was a gentleman. Very happy with the service.

The service and customer care is next to nothing in Fibarr Galvin, Bandon. I felt I was a Gold Star customer with all the time I was given. A cup of coffee, a chat and a smile. I had a bit of trouble with my paperwork and nothing phased staff. Very kind and professional. Thank you!

Very disappointing experience with this garage. After getting in contact with the Skoda Branch Manager about a 222 Kodiaq. We were told the car was mint, paintwork and alloys. and to make a long story short, - It was a 7hr round trip for us and they couldn't meet us a bit of the way to break up our journey. We were told they were under staffed. (We bought two previous cars in the south, off Cogans in Carrigaline and John Kennedys in Tipperary and were met in Bunratty where we were brought in for tea and soup) -When asked about a tank of diesel in a €50k transaction because of the fact they couldn't meet us, we were told that company policy is no more than €20 worth of fuel with any vehicle. - Hesitantly paid a deposit before arrival because it was a hard spec to find and partner was so excited. When my partner who is 8 months pregnant arrived with her elderly father, they were left waiting for 20mins without anyone having the courtesy to even say I will be with you in a minute. Finally when she was practically thrown the keys they seen the alloys were all marked along with a lot light scrapes on the paintwork. When this was brought up with the salesman, his response was "what did you expect its a year old". She left in tears and left the car behind her thank god. I emailed the Skoda Manager telling him how annoyed I was with the treatment we received but especially my partner, to which I didn't even get a response. But everything happens for a reason and have just purchased our Kodiaq from an actual salesman in Annesley Williams in Dublin where Paddy couldn't have been nicer.
