I recently had a kodiaq with dorans motors for an electrical fault, 3 weeks they had the car and did not fix it. We eventually took the car back and brought it to our own mechanic who fixed it within 48 hours. Better, More experienced mechanics required Doran motors. You need to do better for your bread and butter, your customers.

Overall good experience. They care about their customers, this showed with an after call which we have never received anywhere else. Staff in the service area are so pleasant. During the storm our window wouldn't go up so put we went and one of the lovely members of staff jimmied it up to do us till power was restored. Legend.

Have been dealing with Doran Motors for the last six years since moving up to Monaghan. Have never had anything but professional, friendly and high quality service from the sales team and the service department. Will stick with Dorans for the rest of my car buying life.

Recently had first service on Kona I bought last year. Karla was extremely helpful. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend.
