Dealt with Jess when booking my car in for a service, really easy process, she explained everything, the car was ready to collect on time and had even been washed. The price was very reasonable too. No hesitation in recommending them here

Mam was here recently and I’m applauded at the state the car was left. She waited 3 hours, for a simple oil change. Customer service was terrible and made her feel uncomfortable. I’m just after checking the car and the floor mats are all messy and seat belts all messed up, the invoice made me laugh supposedly the car has been “washed” and “vacuumed” it’s blatantly not been the car is dirty. She did however get offered coffee with some biscuits which was nice to see. Hopefully someone will see this review from the team and try and change things, because at the minute that’s absolutely ridiculous and I’ve been to this Skoda Centre before and it has always been a positive experience.

Absolutely excellent to deal with. Adrian was excellent. He knew his stuff and if not he found out. I really respect someone who doesn't try and BS me. A very polite and honest sale's person. Whole experience was excellent and very efficient and hassle free.
