Donal Ryan’s garage Thurles , racecourse road. I had a van rented and to be collect for half 9 in the morning but when I arrived I was told the computers were down and I couldn’t get the van but they would ring me when they are back up. Ended up ringing them myself at half 11 and being told they were back up half an hour ago. Came back to the garage and the computers were “back up” but still was told a different excuse every time I asked when I was getting the keys to the van. I was eventually told the boss has the keys locked in his office and we had to wait a “few minutes” as he was getting parts out of the local garage. It’s obvious the boss cares extremely well about his cars as it took him an hour to pick out the best parts he could find and return to the garage 1 hour later. Rented a van for half 9, was handed the keys at half 12. DO NOT try to rent or decide to purchase a vehicle in this garage as the minimum wait time is 3 hours with a boss who decides to go off on little adventures when he knows customers are waiting. Well deserved 1 star. Keep up the great work lads. Plus- could not bother their backside to open the door and maybe clean it for the next customer

Donal Ryan's Tipperary... have been my go-to garage for a number of years now. The management and team there are professional and honest. I would not deal with anyone else. I would recommend Donal Ryan's Thurles to everyone.
