Rang to speak to someone on a car they had in stock after a few hours I had no call back so decided to drive in 30minute drive here and speak to someone in finance. Absolutely nobody around to help or came to me , I went to look into one or the two cabins and nobody in one and people already in another , I waited some time and still no luck

I booked a timing belt replacement, along with the water pump and tensioner, at Des Hughes Motors. I chose them after careful consideration, as I am very meticulous when it comes to car maintenance and selecting a workshop. They appeared on Fiat’s official website, which gave me confidence, and their quote for parts and labor was reasonable. However, my experience leading up to the appointment was less than ideal. After booking, I called several times to clarify some details, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. They often promised to call back but didn’t, leaving me to follow up multiple times. On several occasions, the responsible staff were either busy, out of the office, or on lunch breaks, which raised concerns about their professionalism. Upon arrival, I checked my car’s fuel consumption, which was 7.4 L/100 km. I reiterated the importance of handling my car carefully, as it is very dear to me. They assured me that the job would take five hours. However, the work took six hours, and I noticed afterward that someone had left greasy handprints on the driver’s side roof pillar. Now, I need to pay for a professional cleaning to remove the stains. When I checked the car’s fuel consumption after the service, I was shocked to see it had jumped to 8.8 L/100 km. This significant increase suggests the car must have idled for an extended period, yet no one mentioned this to me. In summary, while the job was completed and at least the car is running, I would recommend looking for another workshop if you value high-quality service. Their lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and failure to deliver a professional experience leave much to be desired. Forget about thoughtful touches like using copper grease on bolts to prevent rust – that level of care doesn’t seem to be part of their service. They also advertise a Vehicle Health Check as part of their service. This includes checking lights, wipers, engine parts, brakes, and suspension for wear and tear. However, I was never offered a VHC or given any feedback about it. If it was done, they didn’t let me know, which was disappointing.

I had the opportunity to test drive the new and very popular Toyota C-HR hybrid today with lovely Colin who was very well prepared with enough information to answer all of the questions I had about the model. Customer service was perfect, he was friendly, respectful and had an impeccable appearance. I totally recommend him . I must say I am very pleased with the experience. The Toyota C-HR is an unusual-looking vehicle that’s designed to stand out in the very crowded small SUV class, and i absolutely love the bold design of it and the quiet cruising. It's a comfortable car and has very good visibility from the drivers seat. The car is easy to maneuver through curves and tight turns which makes it easy to drive. It's economic and it comes with very nice features when it comes to safety. The only cons would be not overly spacious in the back seat, a medium size boot and rather poor rear visibility, which comes with a rear cam on the very easy accessible touch screen to compensate. Those issues aside, the C-HR remains a highly appealing small SUV mainly for its unique exterior.

I accompanied a cantankerous friend here to buy a car, the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Well deserving of a five star rating. Free self service coffee, clean toilets and no objection to the little mutt we had with us. A very pleasant experiene
